Beginning Taiji (Tai Chi) classes start on September 9th at Burnside/Gorge Community Centre. Beginning Yang style Tai Chi (the softer more meditative form of tai chi) begins at 5:30 PM on Tuesday and Friday evenings. Beginning Chen Taiji (the original more robust version) begins at 6:30 PM on Tuesday and Friday evenings. Please contact us for further information about signing up.
