  1. Turn your waist further to the left (North) and let your left arm circle backwards and downwards. Your right arm turns palm inward and moves to a 45-degree angle.
  2. Turn the waist back to the right (East) and use this action to pull the left arm upward and forward. The left palm is placed on the right wrist. Both arms are at 45 degrees and both wrists are straight. Your hips should now face directly forward (East).
  3. Sink your weight to the center with slightly more going on to the right leg.
  4. Push forward with the left leg. The right leg should be pushed downwards but it will physically rise slightly. The two arms press upward and forward until the fingertips are at eyebrow level.
