The left arm rotates inward until the fingers point to the right elbow and its palm faces your chest. The left arm is in a Ward Off like position across your body. 2. Turn the waist back to its original position facing east. Do not move your arms. 3. Shift your weight to the rear leg leaving the front leg well bent and still connected to the ground. 4. Turn the waist 45 degrees to the left to face northeast. As you turn allow your left arm to rotate in position until the palm faces up.
Advanced Instructions On beats 2, 3 and 4 act as though someone is pushing into your left arm. Your movement is to first go with their power and then spin them off to the left. Sitting firmly into your rear leg will help your stability as your turn.
