  1. Sink more weight to the left leg and begin turning 45 degrees to the right.
  2. Continue turning until you are at a 45-degree angle facing northeast, raise the heel of the right foot. The left palm rises beside the left jaw. The right palm turns inward inside the right thigh.
  3. Step to the right heel lightly. Do not change weight and do not turn yet. As your weight sinks on to the right leg raise the right arm to chest height and lower the left palm to point at the right palm. Leave the body facing to the 45-degree angle.
  4. When you weight is securely on the right leg raise the toes of the left foot. Turn the waist pulling the arms, waist and foot along with you. Sink.

Advanced Instructions

On beats one and two your arms are rotating inward to face towards each other. On beat 3 try to feel a connection between the weight sinking onto the right leg and the rise of the right arm.
