On Friday April 27th Mayor Alan Lowe signed a proclamation stating that the City of Victoria recognizes and values the celebration of World Tai Chi and Qi Gong day in the city of Victoria.

The next day was World Tai Chi Day and our group celebrated it in a beautiful location. We were at the front of the legislative buildings in downtown Victoria. Kitty corner to us was the Empress hotel, across the street was the Inner Harbour and across the other street was the Royal BC Museum.
