Victoria Taiji Academy is hosting a Chen Taiji workshop the weekend of March 21/22. The focus is on the bowing of the body and how that relates to creating Taiji power. We will also be working applications of the postures to give a hands on feel to how using bowing works in a partner situation.

Times are Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 - 4:00 PM with a lunch break built in.

Cost is $100 for both days.
