Is Taiji always performed slowly |

In Taiji beginners practice slowly, so movements are correct. After a long time one can naturally be fast and steady; in fighting the speed of movements depends on the opponent's speed; slow is method to learn boxing, but is not the goal. |

Why do I lose weight every time I go to China? Its not because I eat less. I love Chinese food and always eat more there. Could be because there is very little sugar in Chinese food.
